    The AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas is an 80,000-seat capacity stadium with a retractable roof. It was completed May, 2009 and is home to the Dallas Cowboys. It has been used for a variety of other activities such as concerts, basketball games, college and high school football contests, soccer matches and Spartan races. The stadium is currently one of the largest stadiums in the NFL. It also has the world’s 24th largest high definition video screen which hangs from the 20-yard to 20-yard line.     The Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, is a multi-purpose indoor arena and home to the Brooklyn Nets of the NBA and the New York Islanders of the NHL. The center features 18,000 seats, 80 suites and an ice floor. The steel superstructure consists of two levels of concourse and two levels of suites. Pottorff supplied all of the Fire/Smoke Dampers, Smoke Dampers and Noise Control products needed for this project.

  • New Parkland Hospital - Dallas, TX

    The new 2.8 million square foot Parkland campus is nearly twice the size of the older hospital and has been designed to meet the healthcare needs of Dallas County which is one of the fastest growing regions in the country. The new hospital features 862 single patient rooms and incorporates natural lighting, a wellness garden and utility plant. This project was awarded LEED gold certification by the United States Green Building Council.     The Time Warner Center consists of two 53-story buildings. Construction on the project began in 2000 and was completed in 2004. The two buildings house retail stores, restaurants, office space as well as residential.

    The expansion of the Barnes Art Education Center through the Barnes Foundation will house world-renowned art. The center consists of 93,000 square feet that includes a special exhibition gallery, classrooms, auditorium and art conservation. Pottorff supplied Fire/Smoke Dampers for this project.

  • Bellagio Hotel - Las Vegas, NV

    The Bellagio Hotel is a 125 acre resort complex. The hotel has 3,000 rooms with a casino, convention space, conservatory, theater, art gallery, shops and restaurants. Pottorff supplied Fire/Smoke Dampers for this project.

    Carnegie Hall renovated it's 39,700 square foot concert hall in 2004. Renovation included a 650-seat multi-use performance space, street-level entry marquee and lobby. Pottorff supplied Fire/Smoke Dampers for this project.

  • City Creek Center - Salt Lake City, UT

    The City Creek Center was completed in 2011. This unique center accommodates offices, stores and residences and allows for a walkable urban community. Pottorff supplied Control Dampers and Fire/Smoke Dampers.

    Expanded in 2003, the David Lawrence Convention Center contains five exhibit halls, two lecture halls, 51 meeting rooms and a grand Ballroom. It is listed as one the first of its kind to be 'green.' Pottorff installed Fire Dampers and Fire/Smoke Dampers for this project.

    This hospital, completed in 2014, includes inpatient beds, radiology, labor/delivery and an emergency department as well as a 200,000 sf outpatient clinic and detached utility plant.     Sugar House Casino began the construction on its 108,000 square foot expansion in 2009 and completed construction in 2010. The waterfront casino project includes two hotels along side the casino adjacent to the Delaware River.

  • The W Hotel - Hoboken, NJ

    Beautifully designed with a modern decor, the hotel is a 27-story tower that contains 225 hotel rooms and 40 residences as well as retail and event spaces. The hotel is 360,000 sf that sits on the West shore of the Hudson River in downtown Hoboken, NJ. The project was completed in 2009.

  • Trump Plaza - Jersey City, NJ

    The Trump Plaza in Jersey City, New Jersey began construction in 2005 and was completed in 2007. The 55 story structure consists of 444 residential apartments and condominiums.

  • UPMC Children's Hospital - Pittsburgh, PA

    The UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh consists of 10-acres in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Construction began in 2008 and ended in 2009.

    The new hospital was build to enhance patient healing and satisfaction by being a quiet building. Products like Pottorff Dampers enhance this capability. Two of the buildings on the UPMC Children's Hospital campus are green buildings. Pottorff supplied Fire Dampers, Fire/Smoke Dampers, Smoke Dampers and Control Dampers for this project.

    The Virtua Hospital is a 386 bed, 680,000 sq ft. regional medical center that provides specialized, high-level care in a family-centered atmosphere. This hospital was opened in May 2011 and incorporates natural light, healing gardens, walking paths and meditation spaces.
