The Time Warner Center consists of two 53-story buildings on 4.5. Construction on the project began in 2000 and was completed in 2004. The two buildings house retail stores, restaurants, office space as well as residential.

The expansion of the Barnes Art Education Center through the Barnes Foundation will house world-renowned art. The center consists of 93,000 square feet that includes a special exhibition gallery, classrooms, auditorium and art conservation. Construction began in 2011. The project is LEED certified Platinum.
Bellagio Hotel - Las Vegas, NV

Beautifully designed with a modern decor, the hotel is a 27-story tower that contains 225 hotel rooms and 40 residences as well as retail and event spaces. The hotel is 360,000 sf that sits on the West shore of the Hudson River in downtown Hoboken, NJ. The project was completed in 2009.

The UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh consists of 10-acres in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Construction began in 2008 and ended in 2009.
The new hospital was build to enhance patient healing and satisfaction by being a quiet building. Products like Pottorff Dampers enhance this capability. Two of the buildings on the PMC Children's Hospital campus are green buildings. Pottorff supplied Fire Dampers, Fire/Smoke Dampers, Smoke Dampers and Control Dampers for this project.
