Bar Grille
Security grilles reduce unwanted access to ductwork in spaces where supervision is minimal and vandalism or misuse is a risk. They provide additional security in openings between secure and non-secure areas, and should be placed in every opening through a secure wall. Ideal for maximum security applications, security bar grilles feature all-welded construction and are mounted to the wall using a welded frame with optional mounting flanges.
Standard Construction
Maximum opening between barrier bars: 6" x 12" (152 x 304)
Sleeve: 3/16" x 4" (5 x 102) hot rolled steel flat bar frame.
Barrier Bars: 1/2" (12) diameter hot-rolled steel bars located on maximum 6" vertical and 12" horizontal centers.
Finish: Standard white.
Minimum SIze: 6" x 6" (152 x 152)
Maximum Size: 30" x 30" (762 x 762)

Optional sleeve lengths available.
Dual-side 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" (38 x 38 x 5) mounting angles (1 set mounted, 1 set loose, requires 10" minimum sleeve)
Masonry rods 3/4" x 3 (19 x 76) welded to sleeve top and bottom, 12" o.c.
