Pottorff Revising All Miami-Dade Louver Models to be 2020 Florida Building Code Compliant

Our first model released is our 6” deep EFD-637-MD hurricane louver. It is also AMCA Certified for Water Penetration and Air Performance. The EFD-637-MD is engineered and tested to withstand extreme loads, debris impact and cyclic fatigue associated with hurricanes.

Pottorff Now Features Basics of Dampers Training on our Online Web Portal

We are now offering classes for AIA or CEU credit which can be taken on our online portal. Our second class is our Basics of Dampers class. The class features an overview of our Life Safety dampers; their purpose, construction, types and applications, codes and standards, testing procedures and installation. You can take the class immediately upon clicking on the course. If you want credit, there is a quiz. After successful completion, we will send you your certificate.
