Pottorff Now Features Basics of Louvers Training on our Online Web Portal

We are now offering classes for AIA and PDH credit which can be taken on our online portal. The first class available is out Basics of Louvers module. The louver class is made up of easy-to-use sections.

• Introduction to Louvers

• Louver Types and Finishes

• Louver Testing

• Louver Installation

You can take the class immediately upon clicking on the course. If you want credit, there is a quiz. Upon successful quiz completion, you will fill out a short contact form and we will send you a certificate.

The class is made up of 4 section: Introduction to Louvers, Louver Types and Finishes, Louver Testing, and Louver Installation. You can take the class immediately upon clicking on the course. If you want credit, there is a quiz. After successful completion, we will send you your certificate.

New Catalog Submittal Redesign

We have given our submittal sheets a refresh! Our new sheets are easier to read and navigate and offer more information and graphics a supplemental page. We are starting with our drainable louvers will replace all of our louver sheets this year.

Improved Installation: No Need for I-Mullions on 2” Louvers

We have streamlined installation for our 2” louvers by eliminating the need for I-mullions when installing multi-wide louver spans. Please contact the factory for specific wind-loading requirements for our 2” louvers.

New Ceiling Radiation Dampers with Optional Boot Rail Installation for Wood Truss Assemblies

We are pleased to announce the addition of boot rail installation for our butterfly style CFD-15 and curtain style CFD-20 ceiling radiation dampers. These dampers feature point-of-origin control of radiant heat in the ceiling membrane of wood truss floor-ceiling and roof-ceiling assemblies with fire resistance ratings up to 1 hour.
